Multilingual Review Reply & Translation Specialist for Japanese Restaurants

We help restaurants in Japan welcome international guests, and we are looking for friendly, detail-oriented multilingual collaborators to join our remote team on an ongoing basis. All work is done remotely using materials the restaurant provides. What you'll do: - Write polite, on-brand replies to genuine customer reviews that guests have left in your language (Google, Tripadvisor, etc.), based on the restaurant's guidance - Translate menus, listings, and restaurant information between Japanese and your language - Suggest small wording or menu improvements that make the restaurant easier to understand for foreign visitors - Occasionally help with short customer messages or FAQs What we're looking for: - Native or near-native in at least one of: English, Simplified/Traditional Chinese, or Korean (other languages welcome) - Comfortable reading Japanese, OR able to work from English source text we provide - Clear, natural, culturally appropriate writing - Reliable, responsive, and comfortable following brand and tone guidelines Details: - 100% remote, flexible hours - Part-time, long-term with steady ongoing volume - We assign the work and provide all source materials and guidelines When applying, please tell us: (1) your native language(s) and other languages you work in, (2) your Japanese and English level, and (3) any experience with translation, customer support, or hospitality.
