Multilingual speakers — remote interviews & recruiting (health questionnaires)

We're looking for native or near-native speakers of the following languages to help make sure health questionnaires read clearly and naturally. It's remote, flexible, project-based work — open to anyone who's a confident native or near-native speaker. No special qualifications needed; if this is new to you, we train you. Languages needed: - German (Germany) - German (Belgium) - Spanish (Spain) - Spanish (Argentina) - Italian - Polish - Russian (Latvia) - Russian (Lithuania) - Thai - Malay - Malay (Singapore) - English (South Africa) - Chinese (Malaysia) What it's about (in plain terms): Companies create questionnaires that patients fill in about their health — things like symptoms, daily activities, or quality of life. When these get translated, we need to check the translation is easy to understand and means the same thing to everyday native speakers. To do that, we meet (remotely) with a small group of native-speaking people, ask them to read each question, and have them explain in their own words what they think it means. Their feedback shows us whether any wording is confusing or sounds unnatural. There are two roles — you can do one or both: 1) Recruiter — find and arrange 5-10 people who speak your language to take part in a project. They can be from your own network (friends, family, contacts) or the general public. You're paid for the recruiting work, and the participants are paid for their time too. We send you the details of exactly who we need and the schedule in advance, so you know what to look for and by when. 2) Interviewer — run the remote sessions: guide each person through the questionnaire, ask what each item means to them, and note any wording that's unclear. Native/near-native fluency in the target language is a must. Prior interviewing or research experience is a plus, but we provide full training, so it's fine if this is new to you.
