Read and understand the full history of each email conversation 2. Keep a simple CRM updated automatically (status, last contact, next step) 3. Draft high-quality replies with the right context 4. Run automatic follow-ups and stop when the customer replies 5. Escalate important or sensitive cases to a human Everything runs via email. No calls, no meetings.
