Summary

We are a data startup making quick progress with our product and looking to protect our assets and intelligence accordingly / proactively. Our immediate need is valid and protective NDAs (or equivalent alternative agreements, if needed) amongst our new and growing team. We are also interested in parties who can advise us on IP protection / registration, trademarking of terminologies, and related matters as we begin commercialization. We may make 2 separate hires for the above 2 objectives, but we wanted to combine them into one RFP.
