NEGOTIATOR - Personal Injury Settlement Specialist (Immediate Hire)

Are you an experienced personal injury negotiator who can start producing on day one? We need someone who requires zero ramp-up and no hand-holding. Strong English, confident communication, and real personal injury settlement experience are mandatory. Full-time, PST hours, long-term role with clear performance-based growth. Deliverables • Review prepared demand packets and initiate negotiation immediately • Call adjusters, control the conversation, and push files toward resolution • Work multiple active negotiations at once and maintain steady follow-up • Drive settlement value while keeping cases moving quickly • Provide brief, timely updates and recommendations to the supervisor • Close cases consistently and help clear the existing backlog We are also hiring experienced Liens / Disbursement Negotiators for a full-time, long-term role. This position requires strong English, confident phone communication, and the ability to move files without constant supervision. The work is similar in pace and urgency, but focused on provider balances, lien reductions, and disbursement support. You must be comfortable calling medical providers, confirming outstanding balances, negotiating reductions, documenting updates clearly, and helping move settled cases toward final disbursement. Deliverables • Call medical providers, billing departments, and lienholders to confirm balances • Negotiate lien reductions quickly and professionally • Track all balances, reductions, and pending responses with accuracy • Follow up consistently until reductions are finalized • Communicate clearly with case managers and supervisors • Help move settled cases through disbursement without delay • Maintain organized notes and provide brief, timely updates This role is for someone who can stay organized, communicate confidently, and push providers toward fair reductions while keeping files moving.
