Narrative Podcast Editor Needed

We're a podcast production team launching a new show and need an experienced video and audio editor to bring one episode to life on a tight deadline. We have a completed paper edit (full script with narration and interview clips mapped out) plus reference examples of the style and pacing we're going for. We need someone who can take that groundwork and turn it into a finished, polished episode — cutting narration, weaving in interview soundbites, adding music/sound design, and handling any visual elements (lower-thirds, captions, b-roll, etc.). What we'll provide: - Full paper edit / script with clip placements already mapped out - Raw narration and interview footage/audio - Reference examples for tone, pacing, and visual style What we need from you: - Cut and assemble the episode from the provided script and footage - Sound mixing/mastering for a clean, broadcast-ready listen - Basic motion graphics/lower-thirds for guest name cards - Fast, clear communication — this is a quick-turnaround project Timeline: Need a finished draft by Monday.
