We are expanding across Europe into markets where TikTok Shop is not yet established, and we need a sharp, tech-savvy Sales Development Representative to act as our local voice in [Insert Target Country, e.g., Portugal / Belgium / Netherlands]. The Mission Your goal is to acquire high-volume social sellers (liquidators, physical store owners doing live sales with +40k followers). These are traditional, high-volume merchants. They don't have time for complex tech, and they need a reassuring, human touch over the phone in their native language. You will not have to source the leads from scratch; we will provide highly qualified lists. Your job is to break the ice and close them on a zero-risk offer. Your Responsibilities Outreach: Send a pre-recorded, localized AI demonstration video (via WhatsApp) to our curated list of high-volume sellers. Reassurance & Closing: Follow up with a phone call in their native language. Your objective is to build trust, address their operational pain points, and explain our "white-glove" setup (we handle all the tech integration and logistics mapping). Onboarding Push: Close the prospect on our 30-day free trial offer. Reporting: Track your progress accurately and report directly to the CEO in fluent English. Fluent English: Mandatory for internal communication, training, and reporting with our executive team. Compensation Structure This is a long-term freelance partnership with a highly rewarding structure for top performers: Hourly Base Rate: To cover your time spent prospecting, sending messages, and making initial calls (Tracked via Upwork Work Diary). Retention Commission: A percentage of the revenue generated by the merchant during their first 3 to 6 months.
