Our agents scan CRM data, detect buying signals, draft hyper-personalized outreach, and manage deal follow-ups — all autonomously. We integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, intent data providers, and engagement tools. We're growing fast and need a hands-on SDR expert to help configure and tune our AI sales agents for client accounts . What you'll do: → Set up AI outbound agents for new client deployments: define ICP, buyer personas, verticals → Write and refine outreach sequences (LinkedIn, email) the agents will execute → Craft messaging, value props, subject lines, and CTAs in natural, native-level English → Configure qualification logic, objection-handling flows, and follow-up cadences → QA agent outputs — review drafts, fix tone, improve personalization → Iterate based on reply rates and client feedback You're a fit if: → Native English speaker (US / UK / Canada / Australia) → 2+ years hands-on B2B SDR or outbound sales experience → You've personally written sequences that booked meetings → Comfortable with SaaS / tech / enterprise buyers → Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms Compensation: Hourly. Rate discussed based on experience. Hours: Flexible, part-time. ~10–20 hrs/week depending on client pipeline.
