Need a Basic PDF Chatbot Prototype

I'm looking for a developer to build a simple PDF chatbot prototype. The goal is straightforward: a user uploads a PDF document, asks questions about its content, and receives answers based on the document. This is an initial proof of concept, not a production-ready application. The focus is on getting the core functionality working. If the project goes well, I'd be interested in expanding it with additional features in the future. Requirements: - Upload a PDF document - Extract and process the document content - Answer user questions based on the PDF - Use OpenAI API or a similar solution - Simple interface is fine You may use public PDFs for development and testing. I don't have any specific documents that need to be used at this stage.
