Summary

I live in Utah but need to file a small claims suit against a UPS store in Tennessee where an employee applied someone else's shipping label to my package and then shipped off $1000s in business inventory to a random company - never to be seen again. I need to start with a demand letter and then file a small claims suit. Looking to file the letter by Monday and looking for consulting and legal help with all of this.
