Need a Virtual Assistant with Colombian Market Experience (Preferably Bilingual)

I have an award-winning healthcare marketing and health education content platform here in the US where we educate clinicians and patients on common gaps in competence in the US healthcare system, why these exist, and provide information from international collaborations. We are unique in having a dual-audience approach to both clinicians and patients. I speak an intermediate level of Spanish and have gathered information from talking with Colombian dietitians and physicians that they have stronger generalist training and that dietitians play a larger role in results-focused care compared to the US. I am also aware that there is a strong primary care market in Colombia in the private sector compared to just aesthetics. I have located the websites for a few of these Colombian internal medicine private clinics (with a focus on integrating endocrinology, nutrition, psychotherapy, etc). Many have poor English-language SEO visibility with low traffic and low domain authority per reviewing their sites in SEMRush. I'd like to have a virtual assistant focusing on this specific task to locate leads, identify signs of the most receptive leads, and build lists. Our offer is to help them gain visibility in the US market and that they can offer wellness coaching too as a virtual offer that many are not currently offering. I'm very AI-focused. Tools like Claude have been great at searching for leads and finding them for me. But I need a virtual assistant who has access to more tools, such as Apollo or AI with predictive analysis or any other helpful AI tools that you can think of. I want to capture other information on these Colombian companies such as number of employees, date founded, etc. This may be a problem if they have such low visibility though. Please respond to this RFP with how you would approach this and what AI tools you currently have access to and how you would use them.
