Need help cleaning up my email!

Summary

I have three email accounts which are bananas with spam, and I need them to be cleaned up. I would love someone who can work with zoho mail, and gmail to set up those folders that emails can immediately drop into, folders where I can hold onto things and auto-delete others if that is possible. This is not a complex gig, but one I just can't seem to get to myself. Nor am I proficient with the various email programs.
