Need help fixing my Amazon PPC campaigns and lowering ACOS

I'm looking for someone with solid Amazon PPC experience to help get my advertising back on track. At the moment, my campaigns aren't performing the way I'd like. My ACOS is sitting around 100%, and I'd like to bring that below 50% while improving overall profitability. I also want to strengthen my organic rankings instead of relying so heavily on paid traffic.
