Need help with broken python parsing code

I have python code that parses data for me, but, theres something wrong with the file path, it was via one drive, but one drive has given me problems so ive paused its conncection and i need to get the data parsed in a timely manner and i cant. i need you to fix the file path, write me very specific step by step instructions so the next time i dont have any issues. i dont want onedrive used at all.
