Need a high-performance designer & CRO expert

We are looking to contract a skilled CRO Expert and Landing Page Designer to architect a high-performance direct sales page. The ideal candidate will combine data analysis, behavioral psychology, and sleek design to drastically improve our conversion rates. Responsibilities: Audit our current funnel and design wireframes backed by behavioral psychology. Write high-converting direct-response copy that addresses customer pain points. Build a high-trust, modern UI/UX layout in Figma. Set up A/B testing (VWO/Optimizely), heatmaps (Hotjar/Clarity), and dynamic text personalization for Meta/Google traffic. Requirements: Case studies proving your designs actually move the needle on ROI. Mastery of Figma, page builders, GA4, and GTM tracking. Ability to work autonomously and hit deadlines.
