NetSuite Quality Assurance (QA) & Application Tester

We are seeking an experienced **NetSuite Quality Assurance (QA) & Application Tester** to support our development team by validating new features, enhancements, integrations, and business processes within NetSuite. This is **not a software developer or programmer role**. We are specifically looking for someone with strong hands-on NetSuite user experience who understands real-world business processes and can identify issues before solutions are released to customers. If you have spent years working inside NetSuite and enjoy finding problems, validating workflows, and ensuring a great user experience, we'd love to hear from you. ## Required Experience ### Must Have * 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite user experience * Strong familiarity with the NetSuite user interface and navigation * Experience creating and managing: * Sales Orders * Purchase Orders * Customer Records * Vendor Records * Item Records * Experience with data entry, transaction processing, and day-to-day ERP operations * Strong attention to detail * Ability to follow testing instructions and document results clearly * Excellent written English communication skills ### Ideal Background Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded: * Operations * Customer Service * Finance / Accounting Support * Supply Chain * Inventory Management * Order Management * ERP Administration * NetSuite Power User roles ## Responsibilities * Execute detailed test cases within NetSuite * Validate new functionality developed by our team * Perform regression testing on existing features * Test end-to-end business processes and workflows * Verify data accuracy and transaction results * Identify bugs, usability issues, and unexpected behaviour * Document findings clearly with screenshots and reproduction steps * Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements * Provide feedback from a real user perspective ## Nice to Have * Experience with NetSuite Saved Searches * Experience with CSV imports * Understanding of inventory and fulfillment workflows * Experience writing clear bug reports and test evidence ## Not a Fit For Please do NOT apply if your primary background is: * Software Development * Programming * Full-Stack Development * SuiteScript Development * Technical Architecture We are specifically looking for a **business-focused NetSuite user and tester**, not a developer. ## What We Value * Curiosity and willingness to break things * Strong business process understanding * Methodical and structured testing approach * Clear communication * Reliability and accountability * Ability to think like an end user ## To Apply Please include: 1.
