NetSuite AP expert — paid test of a vendor-statement reconciliation tool

We've built a tool that reconciles supplier (vendor) statements against your NetSuite A/P ledger automatically. You forward a supplier statement by email and get back a reconciliation — which invoices match, what's still outstanding, any discrepancies — in minutes. No integration, no setup. We're looking for ONE experienced NetSuite accounts-payable person or bookkeeper to put it through a real-world test and tell us the truth about it. WHAT YOU'LL DO (~60 min): 1) Send us a couple of your HARDEST supplier statements — the ugly, multi-page, credits-and-part-payments ones that are a pain to reconcile by hand. (PDF or email. Redact anything sensitive — we only need the numbers and layout.) 2) Export EVERY NetSuite report you might use to reconcile a vendor statement, in every format available (PDF AND CSV AND Excel). We don't know which one a given business will send us, so we want the full set. Please include each of these that NetSuite gives you: - A/P Aged Payables (Detail and Summary) - A report that ALSO shows PAID invoices, not just open ones — e.g. Vendor/Supplier Ledger, Transaction List by Vendor, Bill Payments, or A/P Register. (This is important: the report that includes paid bills lets us resolve a "missing" invoice ourselves instead of asking the supplier — so the richer, everything-included export is the most valuable.) - Vendor Balance / Open Bills (whatever your AP team actually opens to do this job) - Anything else you personally rely on for statement reconciliation. For each report, give us the PDF AND the CSV/Excel version. Redacted, sample, or a sandbox export is completely fine — we need the format/structure/column layout, not your real data. 3) Review our reconciliation results. We'll run your statements against your export and send back what we found (which invoices matched, what's outstanding, any discrepancies). You tell us, as the expert: is it right? Did it match what you'd have concluded by hand? Where is it wrong, missing, or confusing? This grading is the most important part — your accounting judgement is exactly what we're paying for. 4) Short written feedback form (~10 questions) plus an optional 15-min screen-share call (small bonus). WHAT YOU GET: - $75 fixed, paid on delivery (plus a $25 bonus if you do the optional call). - Early free access to the tool. YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: - Use NetSuite day-to-day for accounts payable. - Regularly reconcile supplier/vendor statements by hand and know how painful it is. - Will give us blunt, specific feedback (we want the flaws, not flattery). PRIVACY: You control redaction. Share only what you're comfortable with — sample/test data or a sandbox NetSuite export works perfectly. We will not store or share your company's confidential data; the export is used solely to teach our tool the NetSuite report layout.
