THE WORK: - Run the warm reply inbox. People reply to our outbound, you call them inside 10 minutes and book the meeting. - Cold dial B2B lists when the inbox is clear. I provide data, dialer, and the opener. - Open hard. Handle "not interested." Book the call. Log it clean. RAMP: - Week 1-2: warm reply inbox only, shadow my live calls, learn the offer. - Week 3+: full mix, warm replies plus cold dials, your own quota. THE BAR (non-negotiable): - Native-level English, US or neutral accent.
