Sales killers only. Apply-spray and we both lose 30 minutes. I run a US B2B lead-gen agency. We're past the "is this real" stage, multiple active clients, US-based founder, growing. I'm hiring ONE full-time SDR / appointment setter. Paid 2-week trial at $12/hr starts within 7 days of the screening call. Trial converts to permanent when you book meetings that show. If you don't have a US or neutral accent and 3+ years on the phone with US prospects, please don't burn your connects. I screen the video first. Heavy regional accent is an immediate pass. THE WORK: - Run the warm reply inbox. People reply to our outbound, you call them inside 10 minutes and book the meeting. - Cold dial B2B lists when the inbox is clear. I provide data, dialer, and the opener. - Open hard. Handle "not interested." Book the call. Log it clean. RAMP: - Week 1-2: warm reply inbox only, shadow my live calls, learn the offer. - Week 3+: full mix, warm replies plus cold dials, your own quota. THE BAR (non-negotiable): - Native-level English, US or neutral accent. Heard in the first 10 seconds of your video. - 3+ years calling US prospects on the phone (SDR, BDR, or appointment setter at a US-based agency or company). - You can name the company, the verticals you called into, and your best month's count of qualified meetings booked that actually showed. - CRM and dialer fluent: HubSpot or Pipedrive, plus Aircall, Orum, Nooks, or similar power dialer. - Quiet workspace, wired internet 50+ mbps down, USB headset (not Bluetooth, not AirPods). - Full-time 40 hrs/wk, 9am to 6pm US Eastern, Monday to Friday. No exceptions, US prospects don't answer outside their workday. DON'T APPLY IF YOU: - Have under 3 years on the phone with US prospects. - Have a regional accent prospects ask you to repeat. - Need a script read to you on every call. - Are juggling other full-time clients on the side. - Wrote your cover letter with ChatGPT. I can tell. Everyone can tell. THE PAY (built so killers get paid): - $12/hour base. Full-time = ~$2,080/month USD. - Plus $100 per qualified meeting that shows. "Qualified" = the prospect shows up to the call I run. No subjective scoring, no clawbacks if they're a bad fit. - Plus $1,000/month bonus when you hit 20+ showed meetings in a calendar month. - 20 shows = $2,080 + $2,000 + $1,000 = $5,080/month. 30 shows clears $6k+. Not guaranteed. Earned. When you crush it, you get more accounts and bigger comp. WHY THIS SEAT IS DIFFERENT: - You work with the founder. I close what you book, so feedback on call quality is same-day, not filtered through a sales manager. - Per-show pay means we win when you win. No fake "qualification" gate to clawback your bonus. - We're growing. Top performers get first pick of new accounts as they come on. HOW TO APPLY (all 4 or I skip you): 1. I'm judging English first, instinct second. 3. In your cover letter, name the company you did your best month at, the month and year, the vertical, and the number of meetings that showed. I check. 4. Run speedtest.net, screenshot it, and confirm you can hold 9am-6pm US Eastern, Mon-Fri, starting next week. Miss any of the four and I skip. No video, no read. No SAVAGE, no read. Weak English on the video, no read. Cover letter that reads like ChatGPT wrote it, no read. I reply inside 24 hours to strong applications. Paid trial starts within 7 days.
