New Patient Coordinator

HIRING: 2 MEDICAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS – PHILIPPINES Join Reimagine Psychiatry, a growing U.S.-based telepsychiatry practice. We're looking for organized, patient-focused professionals who excel at scheduling new patient appointments and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant is highly preferred. - Knowledge of U.S. health insurance (eligibility verification, referrals, authorizations, PPO/HMO plans, etc.) is a strong advantage. - Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American-friendly accent. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Tech-savvy and comfortable using EMRs, CRMs, Google Workspace, and other healthcare software. -Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established workflows. -Ability to work PST hours - Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with a backup plan for outages. -Reliable computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and a noise-canceling headset. -Strong attendance record and commitment to long-term employment. Training We provide comprehensive training on our workflows and systems.
