New house architectural and BIM design (Revit)

This project is concept design initially (with structural engineering and council approval process followed up by me). The project consists of 2 identical (mirror image) houses to be developed on one existing block (the current house to be demolished and replaced to 2 new side-by-side houses). An example floor plan and photo of a similar project attached. I am open to hourly and/or fixed price project. I need the complete set of site Plan with, setbacks, footprint, access, landscaping, 2D interior and exterior rendering and any other plans or drawing as required to secure building approval and to complete the building project, including but not necessarily limited to: Ground Floor Plan (GF): Layout, dimensions, openings First Floor Plan: with dimensions, tags for windows - doors - walls types Roof Plan: Roof form, slopes, drainage Elevations (with materials): External appearance + material definition Sections (2 cuts): Heights, floor levels, building form, materials Shadow Diagrams (if required): Overshadowing compliance Door & Window Schedule: Sizes, types Finishes Schedule: Floor, wall, ceiling materials Electrical Layout (Power + Lighting): Switches, outlets, lights Project site is in the City of Manningham in the state of Victoria, Australia: https://www.manningham.vic.gov.au/
