Nexternal eCommerce Growth Consultant (TrueCommerce) | Maximize Sales (B2B and D2C) Project Type: Contract / Consultant (Potential for Ongoing Work) We are looking for a highly experienced Nexternal (TrueCommerce) eCommerce Growth Consultant to help us maximize our existing platform before we decide whether to migrate to Shopify. Our goal is simple: increase online sales by taking full advantage of every feature Nexternal has to offer. We’re not looking for someone to simply maintain our website, we’re looking for someone who understands how to grow an eCommerce business on the nexternal platform. About Us Infinity Sun is an established luxury beauty brand and manufacturer specializing in professional and consumer sunless tanning products. We sell both B2B and Direct-to-Consumer, manufacture our own products, and have customers throughout the United States and internationally. We know there are untapped opportunities within our current platform, and we want an expert to help us identify and implement them. What You’ll Do You’ll begin by performing a comprehensive audit of our Nexternal store and then help us prioritize and implement improvements that will increase revenue and improve the customer experience. Areas we’d like you to evaluate include: * Overall Nexternal configuration * Website conversion optimization * Checkout experience * Product merchandising * Cross-sells and upsells * Product bundles * Customer segmentation * Loyalty and rewards programs * Affiliate marketing * Amazon integration * Social commerce opportunities * Email marketing automation * Customer retention strategies * Shipping configuration and optimization * SEO for eCommerce * Analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking * B2B pricing and wholesale functionality * Mobile shopping experience If there are additional opportunities we’re missing, we want to hear them. Phase One Your first project will include: * Reviewing our existing Nexternal implementation * Identifying missed opportunities * Prioritizing improvements based on ROI * Creating a practical action plan * Helping us implement the highest-impact changes Who We’re Looking For You have: * Extensive experience working with Nexternal / TrueCommerce * A proven track record of increasing eCommerce sales * Experience with both B2B and DTC businesses * Strong knowledge of Amazon, affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, email automation, and conversion optimization * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain both technical and marketing concepts in plain English Bonus if you’ve worked with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or premium consumer brands. Specific results you’ve achieved (conversion rate improvements, revenue growth, AOV increases, customer retention, etc.). 4. Which Nexternal features you believe are most commonly underutilized. 5. What would be the first five things you would evaluate if you were auditing our store? 6. Why you believe staying on Nexternal (at least temporarily) may be a better strategy than immediately migrating to Shopify.
