We are seeking a skilled non-fiction writer and book editor fluent in Romanian to create engaging content and edit manuscripts. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing and editing non-fiction books, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Responsibilities include researching topics, writing original content, and editing manuscripts to ensure clarity and coherence. This is a remote, long-term position for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality work. Required Profile: Native Romanian Speaker: Exceptional command of the Romanian language, vocabulary, and grammar. Creative Non-Fiction Expertise: Proven experience in writing long-form content or editing books. We are looking for an engaging, warm, and professional tone—not dry or overly academic text. Strong Structural Editing Skills: An eye for detail to spot gaps in logic, improve text flow, and polish existing drafts. Reliable & Organized: Ability to manage references, citations, and keep track of materials across multiple upcoming projects. Portfolio Mandatory: Please provide samples of books, long-form articles, or essays you have written or edited in Romanian. NDA Required: Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before starting.
