Nonprofit Compliance & Administrative Assistant For Multi-State Registration

I’m looking for someone who has worked with nonprofit organizations before and understands the paperwork, compliance, registrations, and administrative side of things. We are currently working through requirements across several U.S. states and we need help getting everything organized. There is a lot of documentation, research, tracking, and follow-up involved, and I need someone who can help keep things moving and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You should be comfortable researching state requirements, organizing documents, maintaining records, and helping with compliance-related tasks. Strong English skills are important since you'll be reading, writing, and communicating regularly. If you have experience working with nonprofits, registrations, licensing, compliance, grants, or similar administrative work,we'd like to hear about it.
