Microsoft 365 Expert Needed: In-Tenant Domain Migration (10 Email Accounts) Project Overview: We need an experienced Microsoft 365 administrator to assist with migrating 10 user email accounts from our current domain to a new primary domain. Both domains are hosted within the same Microsoft 365 tenant. The goal is to update the UPNs (User Principal Names) and primary email addresses seamlessly with minimal disruption to daily operations and mail flow. Scope of WorkDomain Configuration: Add and verify the new custom domain in our existing Microsoft 365 Admin Center.Email Account Updates: Update 10 user accounts, assigning the new domain as the primary email address while retaining the old domain as an alias .DNS Management: Configure the necessary DNS records (MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to ensure secure mail flow and high deliverability on the new domain. Client Reconfiguration: Provide remote assistance or clear instructions to end-users on re-authenticating and setting up their new primary email profiles in the desktop/mobile Outlook.Mail Flow Verification: Test the new setup to confirm internal and external emails are sending and receiving correctly under the new domain .RequirementsProven experience in Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online administration and domain migrations.Strong understanding of DNS records and email authentication protocols.Excellent communication skills for guiding non-technical staff through minor Outlook reconfigurations .Ability to complete the migration efficiently with zero to minimal downtime. Deliverables Successfully updated primary email addresses for all 10 users .Functional DNS and verified mail flow without email loss.Brief, documented instructions for end-users to reconnect their Outlook clients.
