Office Manager – Cleaning Services Company We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Manager to join our growing cleaning services company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage daily office operations * Schedule and dispatch cleaning teams * Communicate with customers, staff, and vendors * Manage emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries * Maintain accurate records and reports * Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team coordination * Monitor job schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time * Support billing, invoicing, and administrative functions Qualifications: * Strong communication and customer service skills * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities * Ability to think critically and solve problems independently * Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and office software * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, professional, and eager to learn * Previous office management or administrative experience is preferred What We’re Looking For: We value individuals who take ownership of their work, communicate clearly, and can make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
