Onboarding & AI Tech Setup Specialist (Claude + ChatGPT, English Fluent, On Camera)

Overview We are a premium AI education company. New members pay real money and the first week decides whether they stay. We are hiring an Onboarding and Tech Setup Specialist to make sure every new member gets set up fast, gets a quick win, and never gets stuck. This is a hands-on, client-facing, on-camera role. You will run live screen-shared setup sessions with members who are smart but not technical. Your job is to make complex AI tools feel simple enough that anyone can follow. This is not a beginner role. If you have not personally built and saved a Claude skill or a custom GPT, this is not the role for you. What you will do Run live, screen-shared setup sessions with new members in their first 48 hours. Troubleshoot AI tool setup in real time: Claude (including Cowork, Projects, and saving custom skills), ChatGPT, browser extensions, and connected tools. Get each member to their first quick win fast, so they feel the value before doubt sets in. Build and maintain a library of short, clear Loom tutorials, one per tool. Run weekly tech office hours where members drop in to get unblocked. Own activation: track who is set up and who is stuck, and reach out before anyone falls behind. You must have Fluent, professional spoken English and a calm, warm presence on camera. You will be live with paying clients. We will test this in a video interview. Real, hands-on skill with Claude and ChatGPT. You understand prompting, custom skills or GPTs, and how these tools actually behave. The ability to explain technical steps so a complete beginner can follow without feeling stupid. Experience with screen-share troubleshooting and tools like Loom, Skool, and Zapier. Patience. Our members are accomplished people who are new to AI. You make them feel smart and in control, never talked down to. Nice to have Background in customer onboarding or implementation for a software or education product. Experience building tutorial or knowledge-base content. Pay $32 to $35 per hour to start for the right specialist, based on proven AI skill. Strong performers grow from there. How to apply Do not send a generic pitch.
