Online Ad Creation for paid traffic - Building NEW Audience

Our Company has been bringing on new clients and we are expanding. We looking for an experienced online advertiser who has the ability create ad concepts for different products and services in many different industries. Here’s are some of examples of what I mean: Client 1 = Tech industry. They sell tech applications and lead target is wide (anywhere in USA, selling to multiple industries and B to B). Client 2 = Horticulture Arborist industry. Small local target of homeowners in state of MA, single industry and it’s B to C. Client 3 = Marketing Services industry. They sell many types of services to specific industries worldwide, and it’s B to B. And many more industries… We are looking for a unique candidate that can think fast when we bring on a new client. Thinking outside the box is our style. The perfect candidate will have experience but not so much that they are stuck in their ways. We believe things are always changing and this role will require the person to evolve as the market and the audience dictate. It’s about having the ability to come up with many great ideas for different types of clients. The angles most do not see - we see them. The thing that will captivate the audience is the secret sauce - this is the fuel for the magic. The thing that will cause the audience to take action is the magic (call, click, form, engage, return visit, etc..) This is a high caliper role because ppc budget spends that the client has prepared and the ppc manager who will drive traffic to your ads. With that said, you must be able to demonstrate you have done this type of work in the past and have had success with it. Here are a couple of ways you can demonstrate: 1. Show past ads you created, explain WHY you created the ad! Get deep!! (everything from the message text on the ad, CTA’s and the psychology reasoning behind your ad) OR 2. Pick a specific industry and create a simple concept that you believe would convert if ad dollars were spent to drive traffic to your ad. You choose either “Hardscape Construction” meaning they sell Patios. Or you can choose “Website Build & Design” meaning they sell all types of website services. These ads will have multiple purposes and expensive ppc spending will drive traffic to these ads.
