Online Review Dispute Specialist
Worldwide
Opiniion is a US-based SaaS platform serving residential property management companies. We help properties manage their online reputation, and we're hiring a dedicated remote contractor for our review dispute workflow. Start ASAP (as early as August 24), initial 60-day engagement through mid-October, full-time, with strong potential for long-term extension and team growth. What you'll do: This is a structured, production-style workflow. You will: Work a queue of flagged online reviews (primarily Google Business Profile) on behalf of our clients Evaluate each review against platform content policies using our criteria documentation and decision guidelines Determine which reviews qualify for removal disputes and document your rationale Submit disputes through each platform's reporting and appeal process Track submissions through resolution, including follow-ups and appeals Record statuses and outcomes consistently in our systems Escalate borderline cases to our internal reviewer Full training, criteria documentation, and QA standards provided. Volume is steady and the process is well defined; success in this role is accuracy, consistency, and throughput. Requirements: Excellent written English Strong attention to detail; you follow documentation standards every time, not most of the time Sound judgment applying written guidelines to borderline cases Experience with content moderation, trust and safety, review platforms, or policy-based QA work strongly preferred Familiarity with Google Business Profile a plus Comfortable with repetitive, high-accuracy production work Some overlap with US Mountain Time business hours for training and check-ins; otherwise hours are flexible since the work is queue-based Reliable internet and quiet workspace Details: Full-time (40 hrs/week) Start August 24 or 25; paid training Initial engagement through October 15 with likely long-term extension for strong performers To apply: In your proposal, briefly describe (1) any content moderation, trust and safety, or review platform experience, (2) an example of a time you applied written policy guidelines to a judgment call, and (3) your earliest start date. Proposals that skip these won't be considered.
