Online Student Support Officer (Fitness Education) – Remote

SRPT Education is an Australian Registered Training Organisation partner delivering nationally recognised fitness qualifications to students across Australia. We are looking for an experienced Online Student Support Officer to join our remote team on a long-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a background in fitness, education or student support who enjoys helping people achieve their goals and is confident using technology, AI tools and online learning systems. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to student enquiries via phone and email. * Conducting outbound calls to support student progression and engagement. * Monitoring student progress through our Learning Management System (LMS). * Maintaining accurate student records and data entry. * Assisting students with navigating our online learning platform. * Using ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve efficiency and assist with administrative tasks. * Working closely with our Student Support and Education teams to ensure students receive exceptional service. * Escalating academic or compliance issues when required. * Completing general administrative duties as required. Essential Requirements * Excellent spoken and written English. * Fitness qualification (Certificate III/IV in Fitness or equivalent). * Previous experience in the fitness industry. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Excellent computer and data entry skills. * Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. * Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools. * Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office for phone calls. * Ability to work independently and manage your workload. Highly Desirable * Previous experience supporting online students. * Experience working with a Learning Management System (Moodle or similar). * Experience in vocational education or online education. * Experience working remotely for an Australian company. Position Details * Remote contractor position. * 20 consistent hours per week. * USD $7.50 per hour. * Long-term opportunity with a growing Australian education company.
