Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining accurate employee records while handling HR-related documentation professionally. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding documentation. * Support payroll-related data collection and record maintenance. * Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee information. * Prepare HR letters, forms, certificates, and other HR documents. * Ensure HR files and documentation are accurate and up to date. * Assist with routine HR administrative tasks and reporting. Requirements * Good English communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace. * Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. * Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. * Previous HR or administrative experience is required
