Operational Officer – Analyst

Exo Kapital needs a disciplined operational officer to work in a controlled environment. What You’ll Do * Follow a pre-defined checklist to simulate entries on future indices (NQ, ES, GC, etc). * Complete an end-of-day spreadsheet by 4:30 PM New York Time. * Communicate promptly with the operations team via dedicated channels. Hiring Process and Key Dates: Stage 0 – Proposal: submit by July 31th Stage 1 – Quick written interview between August 3rd-7th Stage 2 – Paid Skills-Assessment 3-Weeks: August 10th–28th (paid $50) Stage 3 – Final Interviews by September 4th 2026 Stage 4 – Four months probation (September-December 2026) Stage 5 – Long-term contract by January 2027 Expected start date: September, Monday 7th Compensation: Four-month probation * September: 200 USD * October: 250 USD * November: 300 USD * December: 400 USD Long-term contract starting January 2027 * Base compensation: 500 USD per month * Performance bonuses: 1,000 USD per month as systems scale (can be more depending on performance) What to Include in Your Proposal (Stage 0) 1. Ideal Candidate * Familiarity with major equity-index instruments or simulations. * Comfortable using MT4/MT5 & Tradovate * Disciplined, detail-oriented (copy/paste following at the end of your proposal: "Plan → Plan check → VPS → Execution → Execution check → Notes" * Window availability from Monday to Friday from 5:00am to 5:00pm NYT (not working time but availability time).
