# Senior Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Consultant We are seeking an experienced consultant to support operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery engagements across technology, SaaS, healthtech, fintech, and regulated industries. The successful candidate will help clients strengthen their ability to continue operating through disruption and improve resilience governance, recovery capabilities, and executive reporting. ## Key Responsibilities * Conduct operational resilience assessments * Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops * Identify critical operations and business services * Define recovery requirements and recovery objectives * Develop and improve business continuity plans * Review disaster recovery capabilities and recovery strategies * Design crisis management frameworks * Facilitate tabletop exercises and resilience testing * Assess third-party and supplier resilience risks * Prepare executive and board-level reporting * Develop resilience improvement roadmaps ## Desired Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas: * Operational resilience * Business continuity management * Business Impact Analysis * Crisis management * Disaster recovery * Operational risk * Technology resilience * Third-party risk management * Enterprise risk advisory ## Framework Knowledge Experience with any of the following is desirable: * APRA CPS * ISO * NIST SP * NIST Cybersecurity Framework * Operational risk and resilience frameworks ## Preferred Background * Consulting or advisory experience * Financial services or fintech * Healthtech or digital health * SaaS and technology organisations * Enterprise or regulated environments ## Preferred Certifications * MBCI * CBCP * CISSP * CISM * CRISC * CISA * ITIL * Other resilience, risk, governance, or security certifications We are looking for a senior practitioner who can independently lead resilience engagements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and deliver practical outcomes for clients facing operational disruption and resilience challenges.
