Operations Architect (Business Systems Auditor)

I am not looking for a manager; I am looking for a systems engineer for business processes. I have developed a full suite of operational documentation (Blueprints, Co-Founder OS, and Forensic Audits) that dictates how our agency should function. Your sole mandate is to act as the "Lead Architect" for these documents. You will review them from end-to-end to ensure they are 100% "Founder-Independent." What you will actually do: The Forensic Review: Take my existing PDFs and treat them as an "Initial Build." Your job is to find the logical gaps, the operational dead-ends, and the "human-dependent" bottlenecks. Optimization of Logic: If a document describes a workflow that relies on someone being "smart" or "lucky" to resolve an issue, you must re-write it into a rigid decision tree that can be executed by anyone. The "Bus Factor" Audit: If I disappear, you are the person who ensures the replacement co-founder does not have to ask a single question because you have already documented the answer in the source material. Business Logic Debugging: You will review every state, event, and trigger in our system. If a financial rule doesn't hold up in the real world (e.g., currency fluctuation, client disputes, payroll failure), you fix the logic and update the documentation to match. Who you are: A "Systems-First" Operator: You believe that if it isn't documented, it isn't a process. A Former Agency/Marketplace Founder or Operator: You have seen the carnage of staffing agencies that lack proper documentation, and you know exactly why they fail. Obsessively Detailed: You are not afraid to tell me that a process I designed is over-engineered, broken, or will cause us to lose money. You value "Founder-Independence" above all else.
