Operations Assistant & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing team. This role will be responsible for order tracking, shipment coordination, customs documentation, quality assurance, and fulfillment support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys ensuring projects and orders move smoothly from production through delivery. Core Responsibilities Create shipping labels and coordinate shipment documentation Monitor and track orders from suppliers through final delivery Provide daily updates on project and order status Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule Prepare and review customs and import documentation Conduct quality assurance reviews of incoming products and outbound shipments Support fulfillment operations and inventory management Identify and resolve shipment, documentation, or quality issues proactively Maintain accurate records and reporting systems Preferred Skills Experience with logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or operations coordination Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written communication and follow-up abilities High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Experience working with suppliers and freight providers
