AI Operations Associate (Virtual Assistant)

Hey there, We're looking for a motivated virtual assistant to join our team in a full-time, long-term capacity supporting AI visibility and digital operations work. This is a great entry point for someone who wants to grow in AI, SEO, and digital marketing while working closely with a fast-moving team. What you'll be doing: Monitoring AI search results, mentions, and visibility metrics Supporting SEO and content optimisation projects Managing reports, documentation, and internal workflows Coordinating client communications and team tasks What we're looking for: Strong communication and organisational skills Detail-oriented and reliable with good time management Comfortable with admin and project coordination Tech-savvy and eager to learn, AI or SEO experience is a bonus Role details: Full-time: 40 to 50 hours per week 4-week paid trial at USD 150 per week After trial: USD 150 to 200 per week based on performance Start date: ASAP, interview required before onboarding If you're looking for stable, long-term work and want to build real experience in AI operations and digital marketing, I'd love to hear from you.
