Operations Coordinator (Ecommerce | Sourcing, HR & Task Coordination) 🧭 About the Role We are a growing Amazon eCommerce company managing 100+ products with a global team across logistics, ads, and product development. We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Operations Coordinator who will help keep the company running smoothly by executing tasks, following up, and organizing workflows across departments. This is not a strategy role — it is an execution and coordination role. 🎯 Your Mission Make sure nothing gets missed, delayed, or disorganized across the company. 🧠 What You’ll Do 1. Supplier & Sourcing Coordination Contact suppliers and request quotes Follow up with suppliers daily Organize pricing and product data into spreadsheets Track supplier communication and responses 2. Hiring & HR Coordination Post job listings on Upwork and other platforms Screen candidates based on provided criteria Schedule interviews Follow up with candidates and maintain hiring pipeline 3. Operations & Team Support Track tasks across teams (ads, logistics, product) Follow up with team members on deadlines Update dashboards and reports Ensure tasks are completed on time 4. General Coordination Organize information and documentation Maintain structured workflows Communicate clearly across departments ✅ What We’re Looking For Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-up and communication skills Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel Able to manage multiple tasks at once Fast and responsive Reliable and consistent ❌ This Role Is NOT For You If You are looking for a strategic or decision-making role You prefer working without structure You do not like repetitive coordination work You are working multiple full-time jobs 💼 Position Details Full-time position Long-term opportunity Fixed working hours required Competitive hourly rate
