Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Operations Coordinator to support a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is tech savvy, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple administrative and HR-related tasks at once. This is not a strategic HR role. We are looking for someone execution-focused who can help keep day-to-day HR operations moving efficiently without constant follow-up. Responsibilities: Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes Draft HR documents including termination letters and employee communications Collect and organize new hire information and employment documents Assist with payroll support tasks and timecard reviews Track and follow up on outstanding items and missing information Support census reporting and administrative HR tasks Monitor assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met Maintain accurate documentation and employee records Respond quickly to internal messages and requests Assist with recurring client support tasks across multiple accounts Requirements: Previous experience in HR administration, people operations, payroll support, or HR coordination Strong attention to detail and follow-through Extremely responsive and dependable Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Tech savvy and able to quickly learn systems and workflows Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as Rippling, Gusto, ADP, BambooHR, or similar platforms preferred Strong written communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously Ideal Candidate: You are proactive and do not wait to be told every step You notice problems before they become emergencies You are comfortable handling repetitive operational tasks consistently You enjoy organization, systems, and keeping things on track You communicate clearly and acknowledge messages quickly
