Operations Manager Animation Studio - Long-term, Flexible, Remote

We're an Australian artist-led creative company, and we're looking to expand into creating our own animation studio where we will create our own animes, for which we'll need an operations manager to help us through this process. We're offering a very unique opportunity for anime fans. This will be a fully remote job with flexible hours and long-term, full-time work available. Please start your cover letter with the word 'seesaw' What will you do? - Lead our initial hiring phase for which we'll need to hire around 10+ people - Build out the concrete plan to get an anime ready for the public - Oversee day-to-day business operations (design, marketing, product creation) - Manage and organize the team - Improve systems, workflows, and execution as we grow - Track projects and assign tasks in Notion & Miro Must-have: - Strong organizational skills - Extensive experience hiring talent & managing teams - Solid social media + marketing background - Hard-working & dedicated.
