Operations Manager (Client Success & Sales Support)

We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable professional to support sales, client success, and business operations. This is not a narrow assistant role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems, solving problems, and helping a company grow operationally. You’ll work directly with leadership across multiple areas of the business and gradually take on more ownership as you grow into the role. What You’ll Be Doing; 1) Sales & Business Development - Manage inbound leads and sales inquiries - Assist with outbound outreach and prospecting - Organize and maintain CRM pipelines - Coordinate proposals, follow-ups, and onboarding - Help improve sales systems and conversion workflows 2) Client Success & Communication - Serve as a point of contact for clients - Ensure timely communication and follow-through - Coordinate between clients and internal teams - Support customer satisfaction and retention efforts - Help improve support processes and client experience 3) Operations & Process Management - Assist in building scalable systems and SOPs - Organize workflows, reporting, and documentation - Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements - Help manage day-to-day operational coordination - Support special projects and growth initiatives What We’re Looking For; - Strong English communication skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Proactive and self-motivated - Comfortable managing multiple priorities - Problem-solver with a process-improvement mindset - Ability to take ownership and work independently - Experience with CRMs, project management tools, or digital marketing environments is a plus Ideal Backgrounds; This role may be a strong fit if you have experience in: - Operations Management - Client Success / Account Management - Project Coordination - Sales Support - Customer Support - Agency Operations - Executive Assistance with operational responsibilities Growth Opportunity; This role is designed for long-term growth. As you become more involved in the business and demonstrate leadership capabilities, responsibilities may expand into Operational leadership, Team management, Process ownership, Strategic planning, Growth initiatives, and decision-making. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, not just complete tasks.
