Operations Manager

You’ll bring structure to our engineering teams by introducing robust capacity planning models that prevent developer slogs while boosting velocity. Coordinating various engineering managers will be a core responsibility, requiring you to align priorities and stepping on a few subordinate toes to meet milestones. You will establish clear, operational frameworks that enforce accountability and project visibility without burdening engineers with unnecessary bureaucracy.
