Summary

Looking for Operations/Customer Support to join our current offshore team to answer enquiries from our customer base. Roster & Schedule employees in Rostering Program (Shiftcare) & Record in CRM Respond to emails, sms & phone calls (Aircall.io) & Microsoft Teams/Emails, from internal and external stakeholders. Must have understanding of NDIS and Rostering Scheduling and SCHADS Award rules for rostering breaks according to the Award. Must be available for a variety of shifts between Monday to Friday 6am to 9am, 3pm to 12am midnight Saturday & Sunday 6am to 12pm, 12pm to 6am and 6pm to midnight
