Ops Assistant ecommerce

I run a travel photobook e-commerce brand with a small async freelance team. I'm looking for an operations assistant to take the day-to-day off my plate. long-term role, not a side gig. I want someone who stays well beyond a year and grows with the brand. What you'll do: - Follow up with freelancers, validate deliverables, hold deadlines - Coordinate projects from start to finish - Maintain our Notion (SOPs, trackers, dashboards) - Track weekly KPIs and flag issues early - Improve our internal AI workflows (we run on Claude) - Do all kind of task I can give you How we work: - That only works if you're truly autonomous: you find answers before asking and close loops instead of leaving them open. - You know e-commerce and you're genuinely good with AI tools.
