Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant, Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6 & SAP Integration

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant to lead the integration of Oracle Primavera Unifier, Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, and SAP ERP systems. This role combines hands-on integration delivery with SLA-based support management, ensuring seamless data exchange, system reliability, and high-quality technical support in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Integration Delivery ● Design, develop, and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ● Ensure seamless interoperability between Primavera Unifier, P6 EPPM, and SAP ERP ● Develop and manage APIs, web services, and data transformations (XML, JSON, XSLT) ● Maintain integration architecture documentation and workflows SLA Management & Technical Support ● Manage SLA-based support services across integrated systems ● Act as the primary point of contact for incidents and technical support ● Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution ● Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes ● Escalate and resolve critical issues with relevant stakeholders ● Maintain documentation, logs, and knowledge base ● Perform proactive monitoring to ensure system stability ● Drive continuous improvement in support processes Stakeholder Coordination & Governance ● Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams ● Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and best practices ● Support clear documentation of integration processes and standards Required Qualifications: ● 5+ years of experience in system integration and middleware Hands-on experience with: ○ Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ○ Primavera Unifier ○ Primavera P6 EPPM ○ SAP ERP (FI/CO, MM, or PS modules preferred) ● Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware architecture ● Experience with XML, JSON, and XSLT transformations Key Skills: ● Integration architecture and solution design ● OIC development and orchestration ● Incident and SLA management ● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills ● Effective remote communication ● Documentation and knowledge management Budget: ● Compensation will be dependent on the candidate's seniority, experience, and skill set Success Criteria: ● Stable and seamless integration between Unifier, P6, and SAP ● High SLA compliance and user satisfaction ● Reduced recurring incidents through effective RCA ● Scalable, reliable, and well-documented integration solutions
