Oracle CX & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant

We're looking for an Oracle CX and OIC specialist who can design, build, and integrate Oracle Cloud applications end-to-end for our clients across APAC, the Middle East, and beyond. You'll work directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle CX configurations and robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud. Key Responsibilities Implement and customize Oracle CX modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, and/or Field Service) based on client requirements. Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — application integrations, orchestrations, and process automations. Configure OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Database, and Oracle ERP/HCM/CX adapters) to connect cloud and on-premise systems. Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and handle data mapping, transformation, and error handling within integration flows. Customize Oracle CX using Application Composer, Groovy scripting, and BI Publisher reporting. Build UIs and extensions using Oracle Visual Builder where required. Troubleshoot integration failures, monitor flows, and optimize performance. Prepare technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment artifacts. Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams and provide post-go-live support. Required Skills Hands-on experience implementing one or more Oracle CX Cloud modules. Strong working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — integrations, process automation, and adapter configuration. Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, and data transformation. Experience with Application Composer, Groovy scripting, and BI Publisher. Familiarity with Oracle SaaS-to-SaaS and SaaS-to-on-premise integration scenarios. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
