Hello! We are a growing e-commerce brand looking for an experienced Order Dispute Manager to help us handle customer disputes, chargebacks, and payment claims. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident working with platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, Shopify, and credit card dispute portals. This is an important role that directly impacts our profitability, so we are looking for someone who already has experience managing disputes and understands how to build strong cases that maximize win rates. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing * Managing and responding to PayPal disputes and claims * Handling credit card chargebacks through Stripe, Shopify Payments, and other payment processors * Gathering and organizing evidence such as: * Tracking information * Order confirmations * Customer communication * Delivery proof * Terms & Conditions * Writing clear and persuasive dispute responses * Monitoring dispute deadlines and ensuring all cases are submitted on time * Tracking dispute outcomes and reporting results * Identifying trends and helping reduce future chargebacks * Working closely with our customer service team when additional information is needed. ✅ What We’re Looking For * Previous experience managing PayPal disputes and chargebacks (required) * Familiarity with Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and e-commerce order management * Strong attention to detail * Excellent written English * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Good understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and fulfillment processes * Comfortable following SOPs while also using judgment when building cases 🌟 Bonus Skills * Experience with Klarna, AfterPay, Riverty, or other payment providers * Experience with customer service * Familiarity with Google Sheets and reporting * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to help draft dispute responses and organize case information 📈 Success in This Role Looks Like * High dispute win rate * Fast response times * Well-organized documentation * Proactive identification of recurring dispute issues * Reliable communication and ownership of cases ⏰ Working Hours & Pay * Part-time * Flexible schedule * Long-term opportunity * Competitive pay based on experience 🤍 Why Work With Us? * Stable, long-term position * Clear processes and expectations * Respectful and professional work environment * Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding e-commerce business 📩 How to Apply Please include: 1.
