Order Issue management

Job Opening: Order Issue Manager About Us We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand processing hundreds of orders daily through TikTok Ads. Our operation runs on high volume and high speed — and we need someone who can keep up with that pace. We're not looking for someone who "handles" problems. We're looking for an A-player who takes full ownership of every order issue and doesn't rest until it's resolved. What Will You Do? You are the first line of defense for all order-related issues: lost orders, mis-shipped items, delayed deliveries, missing tracking, and supplier errors. You thoroughly investigate every issue and resolve it before it reaches the customer service team or escalates into a dispute or chargeback. You communicate directly with suppliers to get updates, push for solutions, and hold them accountable when things go wrong. You maintain a clear, organized record of all open cases — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. You proactively spot patterns: if the same supplier keeps making the same mistake, you flag it to the team so we can address it structurally. You update the team daily on open issues, resolutions, and anything that requires escalation. You work with extreme precision — every order is tracked, every deadline is met, every issue is documented. What Do We Ask? You have a sharp eye for detail and an almost obsessive need to keep everything organized and on track. You take ownership. Problems don't sit on your desk — you chase them down and close them out. You have excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Communication with suppliers and the internal team must be professional, clear, and direct. You respond quickly. In this role, a slow response costs money — you understand that urgency is part of the job. You stay calm under pressure and can manage multiple open cases without losing oversight or quality. You have experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or a similar role — preferably in a dropshipping or high-volume environment. You are reliable, consistent, and someone the team can count on every day. You are solution-oriented. You don't bring us problems — you bring us solutions. What Do We Offer? A competitive salary, depending on experience. Performance bonus: rewards directly tied to resolution time and order accuracy. A hands-on role with real impact — you're not a cog in a machine, you're the one keeping the machine running. Growth opportunities: as the brand scales, this role scales with it. Strong performers can grow into an Operations Manager role, responsible for the entire fulfillment chain. Do You Recognize Yourself in This? Reply with #ORDER and a brief introduction about your experience with order management or e-commerce operations. Tell us: what's the most complex order issue you've ever resolved, and how did you handle it? We respond quickly to candidates who stand out — average applications won't make the cut.
