Order & Logistics Coordinator

Stellar Distribution is a national FMCG importer and distributor supplying major retailers, convenience chains and independent supermarkets across Australia. We are seeking an experienced Order & Logistics Coordinator to support our Supply Chain and Customer Service functions. Key Responsibilities Order Processing Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Review orders for stock availability and delivery requirements Liaise with customers regarding order queries and amendments Ensure orders are entered and released within agreed service levels Freight & Logistics Coordinate freight bookings across Australia Track orders from dispatch through to delivery Follow up freight providers on delayed deliveries Maintain delivery ETA information Escalate service failures and delivery issues Communicate delivery updates to customers and internal stakeholders Reporting & Administration Update ERP and freight systems Maintain order tracking reports Assist with DIFOT and service level reporting Identify recurring delivery or service issues and recommend improvements Requirements Previous experience in customer service, order processing, logistics or supply chain coordination Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Australian FMCG, wholesale or distribution experience highly regarded What Success Looks Like Orders are processed accurately and on time Customers receive proactive communication Delivery delays are identified before customers need to chase us Freight issues are actively managed and resolved Order visibility improves across the business DIFOT performance improves over time This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and operational support.
