Order Processing Specialist | Wood Pro, Pipedrive & More

We’re growing again! We’ve been growing here at Wildwood Grilling, and we are looking to bring on a (part-time to full-time) remote contract partner to input, compile and gather orders from our B2B customers. We’ll rely on you to receive orders via email and other ordering platforms that our customers use, then input them into our order system (Wood Pro Software), and complete the order process in a seamless and timely manner. What do we need from the right candidate? The willingness to work with everyone involved (internal and external partners) to gather all needed information to put an order into production. You will compile and input orders into the order system in a detail oriented manner; gather missing information in orders that are submitted to us; and communicate with internal parties to make sure any pending concerns with an order are resolved. We are looking for someone who is confident in learning new systems and can manage multiple platforms simultaneously to ensure they are all cohesive and information flows accurately from system to system. The right candidate will also look for ways to make our processes more efficient and inform internal team members of any process improvements. What kind of position is this? 1. This is a contract-only position. 2. We expect 30-40 hours per week of work.
