Organizational & Compensation Consultant (Arts / Higher Education)

Seeking a consultant to assist with defining and benchmarking a permanent director-level position within a university-affiliated music and arts program. The consultant will: * assess role scope and leadership responsibilities * benchmark comparable positions and compensation * help prepare concise supporting materials for internal discussions The position oversees: * approximately 50 volunteers, primarily university students * approximately 20 professional and advanced student musicians * artistic, administrative, and program coordination responsibilities The role is transitioning from an interim maintenance position into a permanent leadership role with an expanded mandate for program development and growth.
