Outbound Appointment Setter - AI Visibility and Digital Authority (Direct Hire Only)

About the Role We have a fully built CRM, proven scripts, warm leads already loaded in the system, and a clear daily workflow ready to go. You're not walking into a startup figuring things out from scratch. You're stepping into a machine that is built, tested, and ready to run. Your job is to work it. We run a digital authority consultancy that helps local service businesses show up where their customers are actually searching right now: including AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc. Most of our prospects are already paying for SEO and have no idea they are invisible in AI search. Your job is to call those business owners, create curiosity around that gap, and book them onto a free 30-minute audit call with our team. This is a direct hire position. We are not accepting agencies, subcontractors, or anyone representing a third party. You are the person who will personally be making every call. What You Will Do Every Day Work through a prioritized call list inside our CRM starting every morning at 7:00 AM Pacific. Make a minimum of 150 outbound dials per day. Have genuine, curious conversations with local business owners about how their business shows up in AI search. Book qualified prospects onto a free 30-minute AI Visibility Audit call. Log every call outcome in GHL immediately after each call. Submit a daily activity report in Slack every evening. What We Are Looking For At least one year of outbound calling experience speaking directly with business owners. A warm, natural phone presence - you sound like a real person having a real conversation, not someone reading from a script. Comfortable offering something free without overselling it. Self-directed and disciplined about hitting daily dial targets without being managed. Fluent, confident English. Reliable internet and a quiet professional workspace. Non- Negotiables 150 minimum outbound dials per day through our CRM only. Upwork time tracker running during all working hours. Daily activity reports required every evening. Compensation $5 per hour base. $50 bonus per qualified audit call that shows up. $150 monthly bonus when 15 or more booked and showed audit calls are hit in a single month.
